Multiverse Computing
- AWS CloudOps Transformation for AI Infrastructure

About Multiverse Computing
Multiverse Computing develops advanced AI solutions and operates enterprise AI and Large Language Model (LLM) workloads that require scalable, high-performance infrastructure.
As its AI platform expanded, Multiverse Computing required a secure, scalable, highly available, and operationally efficient AWS foundation capable of supporting GPU-intensive inference workloads while maintaining strong visibility and control across its cloud environment.
Executive Summary
Multiverse Computing partnered with ITTStar to modernize and operationalize its AI platform on AWS and establish a scalable CloudOps foundation for production AI workloads.
ITTStar implemented a production-ready AWS environment using Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Amazon EKS, GPU-enabled Amazon EC2, Amazon ECR, Amazon S3, Amazon EBS, and Amazon RDS.
To strengthen Monitoring & Observability and Operations Management, ITTStar implemented centralized monitoring using Amazon CloudWatch and Grafana, with real-time operational alerts delivered through Slack. AWS Systems Manager and AWS Lambda further support operational automation, while Terraform standardizes infrastructure provisioning and strengthens cloud governance.
This integrated CloudOps approach provides Multiverse Computing with improved infrastructure visibility, proactive incident response, standardized operations, and a scalable foundation for its growing AI workloads.
Customer Challenge
As Multiverse Computing expanded its AI platform and production workloads, it faced several CloudOps challenges:
Monitoring & Observability
The growing environment required centralized visibility across AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, GPU workloads, applications, and service health.
Operational Complexity
Managing Amazon EKS, GPU-enabled EC2 instances, networking, storage, databases, and AI applications increased the complexity of day-to-day cloud operations.
Proactive Incident Response
The CloudOps team required real-time alerts for critical infrastructure and application conditions to enable faster identification and response to operational issues.
Infrastructure Governance
Manual infrastructure provisioning created the risk of inconsistent configurations and increased operational effort, requiring a standardized and repeatable deployment approach.
Security & Operational Control
Multiverse required stronger management of identities, secrets, network access, and application security across its growing AWS environment.
Scalability & Reliability
GPU-intensive AI inference workloads required an AWS architecture capable of scaling while maintaining reliable production operations.
ITTStar's Solution
ITTStar designed and implemented an integrated AWS CloudOps solution focused on Monitoring & Observability, Operations Management, Cloud Governance, automation, security, and reliability.
Centralized Monitoring & Observability
Amazon CloudWatch collects infrastructure and application metrics and logs, while Grafana dashboards provide the CloudOps team with centralized visibility into platform health, performance, and operational conditions.
Proactive Alerting & Incident Response
Alert rules were configured for critical infrastructure and application conditions, with real-time notifications delivered through Slack, enabling the CloudOps team to identify and respond to potential issues more quickly.
Infrastructure as Code & Governance
ITTStar implemented Terraform-based IaC to standardize infrastructure provisioning and changes, enabling consistent and repeatable deployments while reducing dependency on manual configuration.
Operations Management & Automation
AWS Systems Manager and AWS Lambda support operational automation and infrastructure management, reducing repetitive manual activities and improving operational consistency.
Scalable AI Infrastructure
Amazon EKS and GPU-enabled Amazon EC2 provide scalable Kubernetes and compute capabilities for AI inference workloads, supported by Amazon ECR, Amazon S3, Amazon EBS, and Amazon RDS.
Security & Governance
AWS IAM, AWS Secrets Manager, AWS WAF, Amazon VPC, and Security Groups provide layered controls for identity, secrets, applications, and network access.
The CloudOps lifecycle follows a consistent model:
Monitor → Detect → Alert → Investigate → Respond → Optimize
